Join us on Health & Wellness Day for a complimentary Pure Barre class.

The event will start approximately 30 minutes prior to class. All participants will need either a yoga mat or a beach towel to use during class (either one will work!) and water. The class is 55 minutes long and is a music driven class. Pure Barre is a low impact exercise class that is suitable for ALL different levels of fitness and has no age/gender requirement.

What is Pure Barre?

Small isometric movements set to fantastic music, Pure Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs, and arms, and burns fat in record- breaking time. The goal of Pure Barre is to fatigue muscle groups prior to stretching portion of class.
