Partnerships & Resources Behavioral Health

The support of family, friends, and community is absolutely essential to yours or a loved one’s behavioral health treatment success. Whether in an inpatient or outpatient setting, behavioral health services are only as good as the support system that surrounds them. Our behavioral health treatment team has partnered with numerous community organizations that offer support long after our programs end.

Our mission is to provide you or a loved one with the tools necessary to meet life’s everyday challenges and opportunities, and the organizations below join us in this effort.

The Medical Center of Aurora is also a proud supporter of the Jason Foundation, a nationally recognized leader in youth suicide awareness and prevention programs. The Jason Foundation utilizes a number of methodologies in order to educate individuals, families, and communities on how to identify and support young people that may be struggling with depression or contemplating suicide.

Their “grass-roots” approach allows the foundation to provide programs and services through a network of community resource centers, as well as several ambassador programs throughout the nation. Programs are offered at no cost to participants, and are available in all 50 states and several foreign countries. For more information please visit jasonfoundation.com

No matter the means by which you or a loved one comes to us, we are here to help. Our behavioral health services accept voluntary admissions to the program as a transition from the hospital, physician referrals, and even walk-ins.
